Adult Lessons For Tuesday, Jan 3 are Cancelled

Due to the expected bad weather and the current conditions of the trails at Nine Mile, we have decided that it is best to cancel our lessons for Tuesday evening this week.

The trail conditions at Nine Mile have been a real challenge to say the least.   The first snowfall brought some great snow, but it also littered the trails with a large amount of downed trees and branches.    The Club has spent many man-hours along with County personnel trying to clear the trails and have made significant progress.    However, as temps warmed this last week, it has exposed a great deal of additional debris on the trail that are going to require more snow to make skiable again.    Add to that the weather forecast is calling for some nasty conditions which would not make for a pleasant learning experience.   With that said, we hope you can join us next week or at one of the future classes.
