Nine Mile Closed March 5-6 Due to Weather

 In Nine Mile

The County Forestry Dept has informed us they will be closing the trails at Nine Mile Forest on Saturday March 5th and March 6. This is due to the projected rain and warm tempertures that are expected this weekend. They will reevauluate the situation on Monday to determine if the trails can be reopened. So don’t expect that things will be up and running right away Monday as they will need time to assess things and possibly do any grooming needed to make the trails skiable.

You are asked not to venture out on the trails as that will only cause more damage to the trails. This includes the snowshoe trails. Thanks for your cooperation.
